My name is Urso, I have been a capoeirsta for a while now. I love everything that capoiera encompasses; music, martial aspects, acrobatics, singing and the overall community that comes with it unlike any other.

 

I absolutely love teaching. I believe that a structured class will benefit more a student so we train hard but we also have fun!
